With 23 years experience as an attorney, Lora focuses on legal collections, drafting estate and trust documents, business creation, real estate transfers, and guardianships. This 45 minute seminar will cover the basics of business structures, required filings for businesses, estate planning essentials, tax planning strategies, & much more!
