In addition\, they'll be debuting their exciting new partnership with Sister Cleo's Ice Cream - and Sister Cleo herself will be making a special appearance to celebrate! \n\n\n\nThis celebration is being held in partnership with the Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce and Ripley County Chamber of Commerce\, as we come together to welcome this new business to the heart of Batesville!
