High dose is available for patients 65 and older.\n\nDecatur County Primary Care will bill all insurances\, except Medicare Traditional\, for Flu Vaccines\, with no out-of-pocket costs to you.\n\nMost insurance plans will pay DCMH for administering vaccines without applying out-of-pocket responsibility to you. If your insurance does not pay 100% of this cost\, or you receive a bill from DCMH after insurance\, please contact us at 812-663-1323.  You may see this charge on your Explanation of Benefits sent by your insurer. This Explanation of Benefits is not a bill from DCMH.
