You will work with quality and top of the industry electrical brands while Delivering Customized Comfort to residential, contractors, and commercial contacts through the prescribed market throughout Southeastern Indiana and bordering Kentucky and Ohio Counties.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial and residential settings.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform electrical work, including the use of ammeters and ohmmeters for testing.
- Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) standards during all installations and repairs.
- Collaborate with construction teams on-site to ensure timely project completion while adhering to safety protocols.
- Troubleshoot electrical problems and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
Skills
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools relevant to electrical work.
- Strong understanding of low voltage and high voltage systems.
- Familiarity with NEC regulations and safety standards in the electrical field.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical documents related to electrical installations.
- Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety practices.
- Knowledge of frame carpentry is a plus but not required.
