Tonya Telesco

She's not here to play small - and neither should you. Tonya Telesco is a force of nature: transformational speaker, best-selling author, leadership expert, and global coach. As Co-Founder of the Telesco Leadership group and a big name on the John Maxwell Team, she's helped more than 50,000 leaders worldwide grow their confidence and their influence. 

Tonya's here to help you get unstuck, unlock your calling, and walk off the map (literally - her book is called Walking Off Your Map). She's full of wisdom, energy, and that no-nonsense encouragement we all need.

And yes, she's a Texas girl who loves her husband, her family, and empowering women to own the room.


Jan Green

 Jan Green has been leveling up leaders for over 25 years - and let's just say, she knows how to work a room. Her sessions aren't lectures; they're experiences. Think laughter, lightbulb moments, and maybe even a mic drop or two.

She's the brain behind Developing You, LLC, after spending 15 years killing it as the Learning & Development Office at Blue & Co. And on top of that, she's received national recognition - we're talking HR.com and Chief Learning Office Magazine levels.

Her goal? To help you grow with purpose, confidence, and maybe a few laughs along the way. Whether she's talking etiquette or strategy, Jan brings heart, humor, and a passion for helping people show up as their best selves.


Jessika Hane

After 23 years as HR Director at Oliver Winery (yes, that Oliver Winery), Jessika Hane is now taking her story on the road - and we're HERE for it.

Named Bloomington's 2020 Woman of the Year, Jessika is a Rotarian, educator, board leader, and soon-to-be-author. Her debut book launches in 2025 - but you'll get a sneak peek into her journey, her leadership style, and how she juggles it all with humor and heart. 

Jessika is raising four amazing kids with her husband Bryan (shoutout to Team Hane), teaches HR at IU, and even started a family endowment to give back to her community. She's authentic, inspiring, and definitely someone you want to learn from.
