And incentives are in place (but will phase out).\n\n \n\nThe Greensburg/Decatur County Chamber of Commerce\, in partnership with Lohrum Electrical of Greensburg\, the Hoosier Environmental Council\, the City of Shelbyville\, and Friendship State Bank\, will be hosting a free presentation on solar energy on Oct. 27.\n\n \n\nThis presentation is focused on discussing ideal locations for installing solar\, ways to pay for solar energy systems\, and opportunities to grow solar in the area and beyond.
