The series is designed to help people better handle the stress of change while staying focused\, staying positive and staying productive.  \n\n \n\nThis virtual training will also help you:\n\n	Thrive during change with self-care and mindfulness.\n	Build team strength & resiliency when navigating change.\n	Increase your chances of successful change and stop wasting time and resources on change which is bound to fail.\n	Build sturdy and resilient teams to face change together.\n	Give you the best strategies for working with CAVE dwellers (Consistently Against Virtually Everything) who resist change.\n\n \n\nThere are multiple opportunities to attend this virtual class with two different time options over four days.
